 CONDITIONS OF BOOKING -For Courses, Campsand Adventure Activity SessionsPlease use in conjunction with the booking form for all Adventure Activities Sessions.   Please read carefully before booking. Outdoor Activities are assumed risk activities. All participants should be physically fit and healthy to take part in their chosen activity and anyone who appears not to reach these criteria may be advised to withdraw. We reserve the right to cancel or amend a course or session without prior notice, if in our opinion, conditions make it unsuitable to start or to continue with an activity. One Adventure or their employees cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injurycaused whilst engagedin activities surrounding the course or any loss, damage or injury however caused to a third party if participants fail to adhere to the instructions provided by our instructors.Our coaches and Instructors are there to help and advise you, their judgements are final so please follow their instructions.All equipment and staff are paid for in advance, therefore missed sessions or cancellations cannot be refunded if within the times listed below.Please ensure staff are assigned to the event and take responsibility for ensuring that minorsand the instructors are not left unaccompanied. One adventure will issue specific instructions for each of its activities and will not accept any responsibility for accidents or injuries if participants fail to adhere to the safety instructions and guide lines they are given.COURSE FEES & PAYMENTTo book:  Complete the booking form and return to One Adventure together with a 50% payment as required on the booking form. The remaining 50% must be paid prior to start of the event. Each course has a programme, which details the content of the course and the course fees.IF YOU CANCELA 50%deposit is non-returnable and will be used to cover administration costs. In the event of cancellation within24hoursof the date,the full fee is deemed as non-returnable.  UNDERTAKINGPlease read the conditions of booking and your booking form carefully as you are required to sign and date the formas acceptance of these terms. We require a signature of a parent, coordinating adultor guardian for those under 18 years of age.All of our staff are fully DBSapproved and have completed up to datesafe guarding training.Please retain for your records
